My last post of Twenty Thirteen

-2

I am not one to make much of what I hope or imagine to be on the horizon, and I don’t do resolutions. I am, however, appreciative of the opportunity to look back on the year that just went by. While I have noted elsewhere that I thought this to be an atrocious year for politics and the world at large, it has been an amazing one for my family and me. Many of my colleagues and peers are making interesting things happen, fighting hard for worthy causes, executing beautiful activism, creating breath-taking and show-stopping art, presenting mesmeric food, and more. I am fortunate to have great friends, a beautiful family, work that I love doing and co-conspirators that I love to collaborate with.
